1. About the store
FLEUR D'AFRIQUE is a trade name of OULAB, a company registered in Benin. We specialize in the sale of artisanal teas and carefully selected natural products. By placing an order on our website, you unconditionally accept these terms and conditions of sale.
2. Products
Our products are artisanal food products (teas, herbal teas, infusions and derived natural products). Each product is carefully described on its page — composition, available size, usage tips. Photos are representative but may slightly differ from the actual product due to natural variations inherent in artisanal production.
As stocks are limited, product availability is verified at the time of order confirmation. In case of stock shortage after your payment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or an equivalent replacement product.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in CFA Francs (FCFA), inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but products will be billed at the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed.
4. Orders
An order is definitively confirmed after:
- Cart confirmation
- Delivery address entry
- Payment method selection and validation
- Receipt of your order confirmation email
You will receive a unique reference number (e.g. CMD-2026XXXXX) to track your order.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery — available for deliveries within Benin only. The exact amount is to be paid directly to the courier upon receipt.
- Mobile Money (MTN, Moov, Orange Money) — via the secure FedaPay platform.
- Credit/Debit card (Visa, Mastercard) — via the secure FedaPay platform.
Online payments are fully secured by FedaPay. Your banking information is never stored on our servers.
6. Delivery
National delivery (Benin): We work with courier partners (Yango, Gozem, or independent couriers). After your order is confirmed, you will be contacted via WhatsApp to coordinate delivery. Courier fees are your responsibility and paid directly to the courier — they vary depending on distance.
International delivery: Delivery times and fees are displayed at checkout based on your destination country. Indicative delivery times are 5 to 15 business days depending on destination.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external events (strikes, extreme weather conditions, customs restrictions).
7. Return and refund policy
Due to the food nature of our products (teas, herbal teas and derivatives), no returns or exchanges are accepted once the product has been delivered, in accordance with hygiene and food safety rules applicable to perishable goods.
However, we guarantee a full refund or product replacement in the following cases:
- Product received damaged or deteriorated
- Wrong product sent by us
- Product not matching its description on the website
- Order not received within a reasonable timeframe
For any complaint, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, attaching a photo of the product in question, via our contact form or WhatsApp.
8. Personal data
The information you provide (name, address, phone, email) is used solely for order processing and tracking. It is never sold or shared with third parties, except as strictly necessary for delivery. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Beninese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Benin shall have sole jurisdiction. Any legal action will be conducted in the name of OULAB.
